Shipping Policy
Once your order has been processed it will be delivered by Federal Express ground.
Please note that if the shipping/billing address differs or if the monthly payment option is selected your order may be delayed pending order/credit approval. Orders for rings may be delayed due to ring sizing.
All orders are shipped and delivered within 10-15 business days pending order/credit approval.

For security reasons, Plumliving.com can ship to street addresses only, and not to P.O. boxes or similar addresses.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This way you can track your order at anytime by going to: www.fedex.com.
Order Cancellation
We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that our order fulfillment process is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. This means that we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order has entered the shipping process, or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the item to Plumliving.com in accordance with our 30 day return policy.
Plumliving.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, should an item not meet your expectations, simply return it within the timeframe stipulated in the Terms & Conditions. The item should be returned in its original package, be unused and sent to the following mailing address:

We will replace the item or refund the cost of the item (less shipping and service fees) in the same form of payment as the initial purchase.
Plumliving.com is proud to stand behind our merchandise. Should your merchandise become defective within 90 days following your purchase date, we will gladly accept the item back and have our manufacturer professionally inspect the item to determine the proper course of action. In the event that we are unable to replace an item we will issue a full refund (less shipping and service fees) in the same form of payment as the initial purchase.
Repairs and replacements within the 90 day warranty period are free of charge. However, products which have been modified by a third party or abused will not be covered under our free repair warranty.
Once we receive your return it will be processed by our returns specialists. For any refunds, your money will be refunded on your credit card account within 10 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Refunds will be credited to the same card used for the original purchase. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Customers returning a partial order will be refunded for the returned items only. Refunds will be applied to any unpaid balances first.
