Can I have an item shipped to another address?
Yes! You can have both a billing and a shipping address.

How can I check my PLUMLIVING.COM order status?
You will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed along with a tracking number. Using the tracking number you will be able to check the status on line. If at any time you experience a problem, you can email customerservice@plumliving.com.

How do I know my Shipping & Handling charges?
Shipping is based on the dollar value of your order. Please refer to the pricing schedule displayed in the link for shipping charges when placing your order.
How do I order merchandise?
Simply find the item you want, view its key features on the Product Detail page, and click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button. Once you've completed your shopping, click the " Check-Out Now" button. Remember, you can continue browsing by selecting "keep shopping".

What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept both Mastercard and Visa. Sorry, debit card is not an available option at this time.
What is PlumLiving's Return Policy?

Plum Living ships anywhere within the continental United States and Canada.
Where is my order?
If you are calling to find out where your order is and when it should be delivered please be aware that our usual deliver time frame is 1 to 3 weeks.If an item is not in stock delivery time may be extended up to 4 to 6 weeks. Plum Living will advise you if an item is currently out of stock when you first place your order.
